Can
I pay through methods other than credit cards?
We
accept Cheque, Money orders and Demand Drafts (DDs).
The detailed instructions for making such form of payment
are as follows:
Fill
out your Order Form carefully and select the Cheque,
Money Order as your payment method and mail to us.
Please
be sure to write your name and Product ID/No. at the
back of the cheque, money order or bank draft.
Orders
will only be sent upon confirmation.

do I know that my order has been received?
All
orders will receive a confirmation message from us. If you hear
no news from us within 12 hours, please call us at +91 9822031402 or e-mail us .
For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.

What
are the terms of the delivery service?
Orders
received can be delivered same day in Pune and within
3 hours anywhere in India, or within 8 hours if you
happened to make your order for remote location.
Orders must be received at least 1 days in advance for
delivery outside India.

Can
the orders be fulfilled all the time?
Seasonal
conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of
flowers. Specific colors may not always be available.
In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill
your floral and container requirements. The dimensions
given for arrangements are mere approximations. However,
you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers'
sizes.
In
certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability,
we reserve the right to substitute your order with another
item which is of equal or higher value. Containers shown
may not always be available as well. In these circumstances,
alternative containers of similar value and style will
be used.

have a special request - can it be fulfilled?
Yes to the best of our ability
we will try our utmost to fulfill all your special needs
and preferences eg: you would like roses replaced with
carnations or specific color etc. When you fill out
the order form please mention in the special instructions.
